Valley Children's CareLink

Thank you for choosing Valley Children’s to partner in the care of your patients. On April 25, 2020, we moved from several different electronic medical record systems – including Athena and Meditech – into one, using the Epic platform.

In order to continue to access your patients’ records after April 25, 2020, you will need to have an established Valley Children’s CareLink account. Through this new CareLink portal, you will be able to access patient information, follow the progress of care for patients you refer, improve your ability to coordinate ongoing care and more.

The first step is to sign and return a new Site Agreement as soon as possible. Click here to download the form. You must also designate a Site Administrator for your organization.
