Accessing Your Patients' Records

We thank you for partnering with us on your patients' care. To aid communication between Valley Children's specialists and referring providers, we have created several ways for you to access your patients' health information so that you can stay up-to-date on their care.

To Speak with a Specialist or Obtain Information on a Patient

For questions about your referral, or to speak with a Valley Children's specialist about your patient, call our 24/7 Valley Children's Access Center at (866) 353-KIDS (5437).

Online Access to Patient Information

Valley Children's CareLink secure online portal access allows physicians and their office staff to:

  • Obtain up-to-date clinical information from any computer with Web access.
  • View scheduled appointments, lab results, medication histories, discharge summaries and more.
