Physicians at Valley Children's can access their patient's information through a secure online system. If you are a referring physician with privileges and would like to access patient records in this manner, call the Information Technology Help Desk at (559) 353-7300.

If you would like to access patient information through traditional channels, contact the Health Information Management Department. The Release of Information Desk can be reached at (559) 353-5414.
