At Valley Children's, we provide 24-hour, in-house neonatal intensive care support through neonatologists and an entire team of pediatric specialists. All board-certified or board-eligible and fellowship-trained, our team of experts works together for the care of your newborn.

Multidisciplinary Approach for Neonatology Care

Valley Children’s offers a comprehensive array of services for critically ill babies that includes a collaborative team of pediatric medical and surgical specialists who cover the full range of pediatric medicine and coordinate with nurses and other staff specially trained in the unique needs of infants, children and adolescents.

Our comprehensive team includes: neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, more than 200 neonatal nurses, pediatric respiratory therapists, case managers, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, occupational, speech and physical therapists, support staff, cuddlers, parent partners, and more.
