Kelly Beall

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer
 

Kelly Beall is senior vice president and chief people officer of Valley Children’s Healthcare. In this role, she is responsible for leading Valley Children’s strategies and initiatives for compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee safety, security and wellness, organizational development, workforce planning, human resources information management, employee relations, learning and development, employee health services, and volunteer services. Her goals are to help Valley Children’s continue to attract a high-quality workforce, further develop its innovative and caring culture, and grow its future leaders.

Kelly joined Valley Children’s in 2016 with responsibility for workforce planning and served a key role as part of the hospital’s pandemic response team prior to transitioning to a human resources executive role in 2022.

She has spent her entire career in healthcare, having previously served in various human resources leadership roles with an adult health system and as an owner/operator of three family owned prosthetic and orthotic clinics. 

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources from California State University, Fresno.
