Valley Children’s Healthcare Financials

Commitment to Transparency

As one of the leading children’s hospitals in the nation, every financial decision we make at Valley Children’s Healthcare is driven by our unwavering commitment to offer the highest quality and safest care to children.

An important part of that commitment is financial transparency, which is why we provide both our annual IRS Form 990 filing and our audited financials on our website.

Form 990

Form 990 is an informational tax form filed by all non-profit entities. It provides an overview of certain aspects of our financial operations related to our non-profit status.

Our most recent Form 990 for Fiscal 2023 is available to view. Because of the limitations and complex nature of the form, we urge you to read this summary of the most important information.

Audited Financials

In addition to the information in Form 990, our audited financials provide a more in-depth report on the financial operations of Valley Children’s.

Additional Information

While these two reports provide insight into many aspects of Valley Children’s financials, they don’t provide a complete picture of the many important ways in which we impact the community we serve.

For important additional context and data, please read our Annual Impact Report, which provides a year-in-review of our work; our Nursing Excellence Report, which shows how Valley Children’s nurses sustain and nurture our culture of quality and compassionate care; and our Community Benefit Report, which details the scope and scale of our investments in community benefits and access to healthcare for the people of the Central Valley.
