Board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine, Dr. Yoshihiro Ozaki joined Valley Children's Specialty Medical Group as a pediatric hospitalist in 2016. He serves as Interim Chair of Primary Care and assistant professor at California Health Sciences University College of Osteopathic Medicine to train future physicians.
Dr. Ozaki received his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his pediatric residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, in Toledo, Ohio.
He has presented on various topics in his field at state and national conferences.
Dr. Ozaki is fluent in Japanese. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing the cello as part of an orchestra and teaching skiing.
