Board certified in pediatric pathology, anatomic and clinical pathology, Dr. Amy Davis joined Valley Children’s as a pediatric pathologist in September 2020.
Prior to Valley Children’s, Dr. Davis was an academic pediatric pathologist and fellowship director at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. Her personal areas of interest include pediatric dermatopathology and vascular anomalies.
Dr. Davis has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals, including Pediatric and Developmental Pathology and the American Journal of Pathology and she has presented her research internationally at conferences including the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies Conference. She is an active member of the Society of Pediatric Pathology.
Dr. Davis earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. She completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and a fellowship in pediatric pathology at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
