Conditions We Treat
The Ambulatory Treatment Center (ATC) is staffed by a team of nurses who specialize in pediatric infusion. They provide medical treatment to more than 2,000 patients annually, servicing about 10-18 children per day with a variety of disorders and diseases including, but not limited to:
- Agama globulin anemia
- Crohn’s disease
- Hunters Syndrome
- Hurler-Scheie Syndrome
- Methamolonic aciduria
- Pompe disease
- Renal conditions
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Valley Fever
The ATC provides a comfortable and kid-friendly environment. During treatment, children can enjoy comfortable treatment chairs, video games, movies, books, toys, and more. We encourage families to bring homework, books, music, and other favorites from home to help make the appointment more comfortable.
