Board certified in neonatology by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Vinod Bansal is medical director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Saint Agnes Medical Center. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Bansal joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group in 1992. His work has been published in Respiratory Physiology and the Journal of Pediatric Surgery.
Dr. Bansal earned his medical degree from Government Medical College in Amritsar, India. He completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Ill., and a neonatal fellowship at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach, Calif.
