About Me
Dr. Nathan Minkoff is a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist with a variety of clinical and research interests, including cystic fibrosis, intestinal failure (also called short bowel syndrome), eosinophilic esophagitis and the human microbiome. He has multiple peer reviewed publications in journals such as Gastroenterology, JPGN Reports and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.
Dr. Minkoff earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University. He completed a pediatric residency through Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New York and a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology through the Golisano Children’s Hospital at the University of Rochester. Since joining Valley Children's Specialty Medical Group in 2021, he has become the vice-chair of the Department of Medicine and head of the Intestinal Rehabilitation Center at Valley Children’s Hospital.
