We are a group of like-minded individuals trained at multiple institutions all over the country. We have come together to create a vision for the future of residency education. Our goal is to train fearless leaders and compassionate clinicians to provide care for some of California’s most underserved children. We are a close-knit group, and we want residents who can be part of our team and live and work by our shared values:

Our Mission

The mission of the Valley Children’s Pediatric Residency Program is to train physician leaders and scholars who will be compassionate clinicians prepared to promote interprofessional, collaborative care, whether they practice as outstanding generalists or pursue fellowship training.
