Comprehensive Genetic Services
Valley Children’s Genetic Counseling works with the Maternal-Fetal Center and Newborn Medicine to provide services including coordinating diagnostic procedures, prenatal genetic testing and genetic counseling. We are also a California State Prenatal Diagnosis Center.
Newborn Screening
Valley Children’s Maternal Fetal Center is a designated prenatal diagnostic center (PDC) for the California Prenatal Screening Program. The California Newborn Screening Program provides early identification and treatment of 80 different genetic and congenital disorders.
