California Children's Services (CCS)
California Children’s Services (CCS) provides diagnostic and treatment services, medical case management and physical and occupational therapy services to children under 21 years of age with CCS-eligible medical conditions.
Department of Healthcare Services
Children under 19 years of age are eligible for full-scope Medi-Cal benefits, regardless of immigration status, as long as they meet the income standards.
Educational Posters for Schools
The Epilepsy Alliance of America provided Central Valley school districts with COVID-19 and Epilepsy First Aid Poster to use on campus. Print ready copies of the educational poster are available in English and Spanish.
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program helps the elderly, blind or disabled to safely remain in their homes when they are not able to fully care for themselves. This is an alternative to out-of-home care institutions or nursing facilities. Depending on the level of care needed and the disability, children may also qualify to have a caregiver be their IHSS provider.
