Vicky Tilton, DNP, MSN, RN
VP, Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer
Vicky Tilton is Vice President, Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer, with executive responsibility for all inpatient, emergency and respiratory care services, as well as clinical education, specialty nursing, case management, patient care support, patient throughput managers, patient experience, social work, interpreter services, pastoral care, child life, regulatory and accreditation, transport team, access center, and emergency management. She has oversight and accountability for all nursing practice throughout the network.
Vicky joined Valley Children’s in 2019, holding prior leadership roles in perioperative services. Vicky has worked as a nurse in several leadership roles in pediatric hospitals since 2000.
Vicky’s educational background includes a Doctorate in Nursing Leadership along with a Masters in Nursing Leadership, both from Purdue University, Indiana.
Vicky is an alumni of the Carroll Emmott Foundation and remains active. Vicky is a member of several professional and community organizations, including the California Association of Nurse Leaders, American Organization of Nurse Leaders, and serves on the board for the Central Valley Ronald McDonald Charity House along with the Healthbridge JV Board.
