Tina Mycroft

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
 

Tina Mycroft is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Valley Children’s Healthcare. In this role, she is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of Valley Children’s strategic financial investments, as well as overseeing the organization’s day-to-day financial and revenue cycle operations.  

With a wealth of experience leading large integrated healthcare systems in Washington and California through financial transformation and post-merger integration, Tina brings her robust strengths in financial strategy and stewardship to Valley Children’s, helping the organization deliver on its mission, identify efficiencies and invest in its future for generations to come.

While some may shy away from the complexity of the healthcare industry, it is what has always intrigued and motivated Tina. Prior to joining Valley Children’s in 2023, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Evergreen Health, an integrated community healthcare system serving nearly one million residents in Kirkland, Washington. As CFO, Tina provided executive system-wide leadership of the finance, revenue cycle, payor contracting, supply chain strategy, operations excellence and insurance programming functions of the organization.

Tina holds a deep belief in Valley Children’s mission and values her role in it, believing that each person within the organization has the ability to make a difference in the lives of the families they serve. Her belief in service and stewardship extends to her leadership philosophy, as well. Tina believes that financial decisions the organization makes must be done holistically, taking into account the personal impact such an investment can have on the community, while at the same time being as efficient as possible so that the organization can remain serving its mission.

Tina holds a degree in accounting from Pepperdine University, graduating Magna cum Laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Global Management Accountant in the state of Washington. Additionally, she is an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She lives in Fresno with her husband and enjoys visiting her three daughters, who live throughout California.
